Need advice
I ordered a blanket, spent $15. eBay said it was delivered but never got it. Now I can’t contact anyone because I ordered as a “guestâ€
I got the email confirmation of the purchase, and an email saying it was out for delivery, and an email saying it was delivered. I asked my neighbors and nothing. The seller stole my money. What can I do?

For Guest purchases here is a link to the Help pages: Buying as a guest | eBay
You are still protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee but the transaction cannot be merged with your account nor can you leave Feedback on the transaction.
It is possible that the carrier delivered to the wrong address or the package was stolen shortly after it was delivered. You can get the GPS delivery location from the carrier to see if it was delivered to your address or someplace else.
You may wind up having to file a claim through PayPal or a credit card depending on how you purchased.
There is a Seller scam where an expensive item is purchased but a cheap item is shipped to a nearby address. The Buyer has trouble getting their money back as you can imagine. Unless the blanket was really expensive I can't see where the scam would apply in your case and it just may be an error by the carrier or a wrong label from the Seller ... it happens.
