Need Advice
Hello everyone.
I purchased an exercise back in December and since day 1, there has been something wrong with it...first, the computer couldn't connect to the internet...after a few weeks of trying different methods to fix the problem from the guidance of the seller and from support of the manufacturer, I took it apart and shipped it for repair....once I got it back, the handle bars are not working properly...along with the fact my "rides," are not being tracked by the system...now the seller is being very sporadic on his replies to my attempt to rectify this situation...There is no way I would've paid over $900 if I knew I would have this much trouble...I don't think I would've paid anything, I would've liked to of had a bike that functioned properly...I know somethings are out of people's control, so I've been willing to work with the seller to try and correct this situation...but I'm getting extremely frustrated...does anyone have suggestions on what actions I could take from this point? Thanks in advance, have a blessed day...

If you "took it apart and shipped it for repair", the seller is no longer obligated to assist you.
As soon as you discovered the problem(s) on "day 1", you needed to file a Refund Request.
