Hello. I am looking for advice on how to handle a buyer requesting a return. The buyer is claiming that the contents of the box is missing two items. I shipped the box fully sealed and new from the manufacturer. This was a more expensive item and I lost money on freight. I accepted a much lower offer from the buyer than listed. It is highly unlikely the box was missing any contents. How would you handle this? Thank you

Sorry to hear there were parts missing. Please open a return and I will provide a return shipping label. Once I get the item back, I will refund in full.
The fact there was a limited amount of financial gain on this transaction does not factor into the situation.
