Mentor2 years ago@stinkywinky58 You should always refund AFTER you get the item back. There is not a way to send an eBay label to the buyer now nor force them to use one that you send. I hope your buyer is honest.
You can send the buyer a return shipping label in eBay messages as a JPEG. Buy the label on Pirateship.com. They refund you for the label if it's not used within 30 days. They charge the same commercial base rates as eBay.
