Need a refund on blank listing
How does eBay handle refunds on blank listings that have no information about the product, no photos, and no video? This was a live stream, so the eBay platform was supposed to attach a video showing the item but did not. Since the video attached to the receipt does not show the item at any point, will eBay cover the refund? Surely it's not legal for them to force the seller to pay, when it's eBay's own error.
