Need a refund for item not received but ‘out of window’
I have been scammed by a user, I did a pre order on a book on the 17th August 2024 (accidentally as thought I was ordering the book). Contacted seller ‘gracar27’ who assured me it would be sent when released, it was not. I contacted them to remind them and they have ignored me. I cannot click request refund in eBay as item was never sent let alone received. I would simply like my money returned as this is clearly a scam however there’s nowhere to click through to tell eBay this and the chat bot is of no help.

You can open an item not received refund request on eBay for up to 30 days after the last estimated delivery date on you purchase history. When it has been longer than that you need to open the item not received refund through your funding source. PayPal and most credit cards allow 180 days.
