Need a real and live agent
The automated service of this assistant is very persistent to accept my request it keeps on rejecting and assuming that I am a guest where I am a long term customer here on ebay. You really need people to do the jobs rather than these technology substitutes that don't understand your needs. This has been very troublesome for a while and I need to talk to a person of appealing as soon as possible responsibly. No more automated assistants please, thank you.
