OP4 months agoNo, it definitely was a deduction from my account. I tried to get a phone number for them from their bank's ACH department but they did not have that info on file so I had to suspect a fraudulent charge and I have challenged it with my bank.

Here's a way past the bots to Contact Customer service:
Click this link> https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/getting-paid/getting-paid-items-youve-sold?id=4814
Then Type PAYOUT in the chat bot box on the lower right. (Do not add any additional information)
Then AGENT after the bot responds. You might have to repeat those steps.

OP4 months agoPlease have a customer service person contact me at [Removed by moderator]. You made a deduction on 4/29 from my account as shown below and I need an explanation. You did not send me any email or reason for this deduction.

As Mentors, we are unable to call you. You will need to request a call back from eBay.
In the meantime, are you sure that isn't a deposit from eBay?

Although eBay no longer has a direct number to call, you can go to contact eBay to request a call back.
