Near mint or better carc

What is considered a near mint or better card? I would assume a card that would grade a PSA 8 or better considering PSA considers near mint an 8. Thoughts

Just did a quick search ... part of the chart info below. Of course, some specifications are subjective ... one person might view something as a "minor imperfection" while another might see the same things and call it out as a "major imperfection" ....

The PSA card grading chart uses a 10-point scale to assess the quality and condition of trading cards. Hereâ€™s a brief overview of the grades:

Gem Mint 10: Perfect card with no flaws.
Mint 9: Nearly perfect, with only minor imperfections.
Near Mint-Mint 8: Slightly more noticeable imperfections.
Near Mint 7: Minor wear and tear, but still a desirable card.
Good 2: Heavily worn with significant flaws.
