Nazi Germany item
I have a lighter from the kid 1930s and was made in Germany it doesn't have any Swastikas or SS badges. It just shows a Shield of a City in Germany and where they meet for rallies and that's it. It's all just historical, no promoting hate or propaganda, nothing, here is a picture...

YOU yourself call it a ‘Nazi Germany item’.
Items from the Nazi era in Germany era are mainly banned on eBay … so I would surmise that the lighter is banned.
[You sound like you really want to list it anyway. Let us know what happens in case you do. I DO NOT recommend it.]

OP1 year agoThere are over 28,000 Nazi items that have the WORD NAZI in the title. the word NAI isn't banned from eBay.

OP1 year agoBut that still isn't against policy over 28,000 items are on the say NAZI. The word NAZI isn't against policy.

OP1 year agoThere is more to that on eBay you didn't include all of it. I've been an attorney or over 32 years for the DAs office and I understand legal documentation. This doesn't follow their own policy...
