    Navigating the Challenges of Incorrect Shipping Labels
                     

    Have you ever created a shipping label with the wrong address? If so, what steps did you take to get a refund for original labeling and resolve the situation? Share your experience and any advice you might have for someone facing a similar issue.

    If you have already printed the shipping label, and the buyer contacts you that they sent the wrong SHIP TO address, you can file a cancellation/void the shipping label.

    Go to

    Seller Hub > Orders > Shipping labels

    You have 28 days to VOID the label. The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have determined that the label was never used.


    File a cancellation for the transaction to refund the buyer. Select Problem with buyer's address as the reason. Relist the item and send the new item number to the buyer. The buyer repurchases the item, and this time, makes sure the SHIP TO address is correct.
