Mentor1 week ago@don_8061 Your AI worded question made it sound like you are the buyer.
It appears that you are actually the seller. Please tell us exactly what has gone wrong with the sale so we can offer advice to help you get paid.
Keep in mind that since the sale is over $1k AND you're a new seller that fund holds of 31 days are common. Also since the sale total over $750 I hope you got a signature on delivery.
Let me know if you have any questions about linking your checking account to receive the payout once the funds are released.

Mentor1 week agoOnce it is past the ebay estimated delivery date by 1 day, the buyer can file an Item Not Received case. The seller then has 3 days to respond with a tracking number showing Delivered, or refund in full. The buyer has 30 days from date of receipt to file a returns request for Item Not as Described/damaged. Seller has 3 days to accept the return and ebay sends the buyer a link to print out the return shipping. Once tracking shows Delivered back to the seller, the seller has 2 days to refund the buyer. The seller can also refund in full and then file an insurance claim with the carrier, uploading the photos the buyer provided.
