Have you ever experienced a situation where the product you received didn’t match the seller’s description, like being listed as new but arriving used? How did you handle the communication with the seller, and what steps did you take to resolve the issue? Sharing strategies could help others facing similar circumstances.
What advice would you give to someone dealing with a non-responsive seller? Are there specific platforms that offer better protection for buyers in these cases?

· IF your request is approved, the seller will have 3 business days to either accept the return and provide a prepaid return shipping label OR refund without having you return the item.
· If they don't do either, you can go back to your Return Request details 4 business days after you filed the Request and ask Ebay to step in.

Here's what to do...
If you’ve received an item that is not as described, you have up to 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. eBay will force the refund.
