I recently had an experience where I was instructed to send a photo of an item that was sent incorrectly, and after doing so, I haven't heard back from the company. This has left me feeling frustrated and unsure of the next steps to take. I'm curious to hear from the community: How do you effectively handle situations where customer service seems unresponsive? Have you found certain strategies or approaches to be particularly successful in getting a resolution? Please share your thoughts and any personal experiences you might have! Do most scammers usually get away with sending cheaper items and getting away with it. I still have a item i didn't order and don't want.

I am not 100% sure what your question is, so if I get the answer wrong, please reply back to clarify.
You should open a Return Request. The reason could be "Damaged or Defective Item", "Missing Parts & Pieces" OR "Different from what I ordered > Didn't Match Description" if the item you got was not what was shown and described.
You can open your return request here. Just click the photo and follow the instructions.

If the seller doesn't provide a refund or a valid return label after 3 full business days; you will be able to Ask eBay to Step In

Do not close your return request until you either have your refund in hand or you have the replacement item. Do not close it because the seller promises you something.
