How do you respond with text when trying to answer questions in messaging with a ? mark. There is no where to type your response.

Browser or app?
In a browser, from your eBay message inbox when viewing a message from a member, you should be able to click on the "Send message" text line and start typing your message. The app is similar; tap the "Send message" line to enable the on-screen keyboard.
