Natural Diamonds
Has anyone purchased a Diamond listed as "Natural Diamond" from Sellers in India?
I purchased one and filed a complaint after having the Diamond appraised with my jeweler.
Turns out the Diamond was actually Moissanite, I filed a complaint with eBay and it's now been
well over a year with no response from eBay. I must assume they are permitting the seller to still
List & Sell Moissanite as Natural Diamonds falsely as the Seller is still doing so. Just wondering if
any other eBay Buyers have been subjected to this type of unaddressed fraud? Thank You.

This is not unaddressed fraud. It's a case of not taking advantage of eBay's Money Back Guarantee to let eBay know of the problem.
When you open a case for an item that is not as described, if the seller doesn't provide a prepaid return shipping label (or the money to buy one) or refund, then you need to ask eBay to step in after 3 business days have passed so they can force the refund. If you don't do that, the case will time out eventually and nothing more will happen.
eBay hasn't done anything because you didn't ask them to. Since a year has passed, there is nothing you can do at this point to get your money back unless your credit card company has an extremely long timeframe for requesting a chargeback.
