Name Not Updated on Shipping Labels for Seller

Question

I had a name change due to a divorce. I reclaimed my maiden name years ago. I updated my legal name on Ebay. However, shipping labels use my former name for the return address.

I can't contact a live human being at eBay. How do I fix the problem?

My shipping labels should contain my legal name that has been updated on eBay, not my former name.

Thank you for your help, if anyone out there knows how I can fix this problem.

There are five different places where addresses are held on eBay so you need to change all of them when you need to change one of them. Go to your account settings and under Personal you should find the place to change all of them. I do not know why eBay does it this way but it is a common problem.
