I am very dissatisfied with eBay; customers are increasingly abusing the return policies. I recently had a return case where my listing was very specific and clear—the photographs were sharp—yet eBay still sided with the customer. So, my question is: where is eBay's protection for sellers? It is pointless to ask Customer Service for help if they are going to side with the customer regardless.

Mentor5 months agoebay is always going to side with the buyer if the buyer states Not as Described. ebay cannot see what the seller is shipping, nor can ebay see what the buyer received.
