Mystery Shoes received today
I received a pair of Donald J Pliner flats in the mail today......I never ordered these shoes! The person/sellers name is listed on the mailing label, but I have no idea how to contact her. I'm sure they're from an eBay seller because they're pre-owned.
Not sure what I need to do.
Thank you for any suggestions.

Are you expecting a purchase? Could the seller have sent the wrong item? If you have an open purchase, check the seller’s location to see if it is the same as the return address on the mystery shoes.
If not, try searching for the item you received, select sold items, then use the location filter to limit it to the closest distance from the zip on the package you received.

OP2 years agoYes, I did have 2 open purchases. Both were still in transit. I'm still beyond bewildered!

I would try the search method. I know that doesn’t explain why they were sent to you, but it is a start.
One other thought - is it an eBay label? If so, check the lower left to see if there is a return ID.

OP2 years agoI also researched the sender's address online and found a phone #. I texted her this morning. Waiting for a response. Fingers crossed.
