Mystery charge
I have a charge on my card from ebay for something I never purchased. The date the charge was 5 days before I made an order. I'm trying to dispute it, but I can't find how to talk to someone about it since there is no order number

eBay can only help if an unauthorized transaction was made using your eBay account; not if someone used your card number to make a purchase using a different account.
Contact your card issuer directly for more information about the transaction or to dispute the transaction and get a new card number issued.
