mysterious return
On Friday I had an item returned to me by USPS, with a sticker attached that says "return to sender, unable to forward". I can't find the transaction to refund the buyer. There is no transaction showing that matches this. I ran the buyers name but got nothing. I don't know what to do

The person who purchased it from you may have it sent to someone else as a gift and that is why you cannot locate the name. Can you search by the item itself in your solds?
In the meantime, if you are unable to pinpoint this transaction, I would just hold on to the packaging until you hear from your Buyer. It sounds like you are a professional Seller that provides great customer service. I hope you can get this resolved. 🙂

OP2 years agoI tried searching by the item and could not find anything that matched. I hadn't thought about the gift idea. I guess that is a possiblity. I've never had a "return to sender" this weird. Thanks!!
