If you wanted to sell the item for at least $500, that is what you should have entered as your starting price.
You entered your starting price of $67.03 which meant that you would accept any amount equal to or greater than that to sell your item. It sold for $81.00.
You cannot take your bag "off Ebay" because you sold it. When you receive notification from Ebay that the buyer paid, you ship it to the buyer.
