My weight and dimensions keep
my item weighs 148 pounds and is 48†x 48†x 48†I change it. I save it and when I go back, it has been changed to 30 pounds 12†x 10†x 4†what is going on

Did you use the Sell similar function from another Seller's listing to create yours? Sometimes doing that some of the other Seller's settings don't update when you change them. I had this happen a few times and stopped using it from other Sellers.
Have you tried the Freight setting instead of USPS, UPS or FedEx? That is a big box and heavy.
