My tracking says shipping untracked

I ordered something I went too go look at shipping and it says untracked what does that even mean and did I get scammed?

@isaiah2007_6 Tracking is for the sellers protection to prove delivery. I don't know what the item is that you purchased but if it was something small and flat then the seller could have used postage stamps.

Look for the last estimated delivery date in your purchase history. You can file a refund request when it is one day PAST the last estimated delivery date .

You have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a refund request on eBay.

If it is more than 30 days past the last estimated delivery date then you can file a refund request on PayPal up to 180 days from the date of purchase. OR if you didn't use PayPal at checkout contact your bank or credit card to report that you didn't receive the item.
