My tracking number says delivered but the buyer said it not there what should I do
My item tracking number shows delivered but the buyer said it’s not there what should I do

Mentor2 years agoIf the buyer files an Item Not Received, you upload the tracking number and you will win the case. Tell the buyer to take the tracking number down to the carrier and have them check their GPS system to confirm where the package was delivered. If it was misdelivered, they should try and retrieve the package.
