My Top Seller is at jeopardy

I received a note from eBay stating my TOP SELLER is at jeopardy since my sales were down. I had a shoulder replacement in February and stopped selling for 6 weeks or so. Then, last month I had to go out of town to help my daughter for 3+ weeks, and stopped the selling because I was out of town for over the 2 week period. How can I contact the appropriate person at eBay to explain to them know why my sales are down for the year? I've been an eBay since 1999 and never had this happen before.

Mentor1 month agoSorry, but there really is no appeal for this. Look carefully at the notice as ebay usually gives you an extra make up month. If so look at your seller dashboard and see what needs to be done, usually the number of sales or dollar limit.
Number of sales is the easiest as you can try and find some quick items to sell at a low price even if just break even to fix this.
