My Top Rated Plus went away
Hi! I finally achieved Top Rated PLUS after my evaluation on the 22nd. The badge was there. I even took a partial screenshot to post to my page. Today it's gone. Yesterday I listed a bunch of stuff using the "proper" policies for the PLUS requirements. Then i got an email today saying I should fix the listings to meet PLUS standards. I did a bulk edit to "fix" it. I have two questions:
1) Why would my standard policies, which conform to PLUS standards, not automatically apply to new listings? Is this always going to happen?
2) Did my badge disappear because of my new listings? Support says it's only for August. but it was there from the 21st until today.
Frustrating.

OP3 years agoYeah, I just off with support. I was confused as to where the badge shows up. My mistake. I'm old.... 😉
