My Stuff Still Isn't Sellin g or Even Being Seen
This question I know has been asked a million times... but here it is again. I have 540+ items listed in my store - mostly nearly new items of jewelry. eBay has rated me as Top Rated Seller PLUS. I have followed every recommendation that eBay have requested of me to enhance my sales.
- We have added a 30-day Money Back Returns as ebay wanted.
- We have promoted every item in the store @ 5%.
- We have coupons all over the place - currently 20% OFF anything in our store.
- Descriptions are honest and detailed.
- We respond to questions and queries very quickly.
- We ship the same day - nothing is over $5 in shipping.
- We respond to offers immediately and very often accept or compromise successfully.
We have recently ended a lot of listings and then used the sell similar option and amended the titles and prices to offer better listings. Titles especially I have improved and changed.
Still nothing is happening. I will listen to anything and any suggestions.
Thanks.

Mentor3 years agoYou ARE selling items, so therefore they are seen. eBay cannot make a buyer open a listing or buy an item though.
It looks like you've sold about the same number of items each month for the past three months. The slowest part of the year for most sellers is usually March through/to September. You're also selling in a heavily saturated category, so you have lots of competition. In addition, we have a terrible economy with a lot of uncertainty.
