I submitted a report with documentation showing the item it is mine (it was a package that was stolen) and the AI automation denied me without the option to appeal.

How do I get in contact with a real human person?

You will need to contact law enforcement so they can investigate with Ebay's assistance.

The package was stolen in transit. I have no idea which agency has jurisdiction
