My son received a purchase confirmation that he made as a guest. He didn't.
How does this happen? He doesn't have an account, the address is mine. I haven't purchased anything since january.

·3 years agoThe act of buying as a Guest does NOT require being logged in to an account. He used your address for shipping so his purchase was OK'd.
