My son purchased an item, he made a mistake and order the wrong part.
My son ordered a part for my truck for my Christmas gift, but made a mistake on the part that I was needing and bought the wrong part. and will not work on the truck. We have tried contacting the seller to see if he would exchange it for the right part or get a refund, but have not had a response from him. what if anything can We do?
