my sold item is still in an active items list
Hello everyone! I am new here. I sold an item yesterday, printed out a shipping label and today I see this listing is in both categories here, in "orders" and in "active listings". Wy it is so and what to do about it? Thanks

Mentor1 year agoIs it possible you listed as quantity of 2? If you don't have another one, go to your active listings on seller hub, then click on the arrow or three dots next to edit and choose end listing. It will go into your unsolds. You can delete it from there so you don't relist it by accident.
