My skew numbers on items I'm selling keep disappearing in large quantities.

Question

My skew numbers on items I'm selling keep disappearing in large quantities. Then I'm having trouble finding the items when I sell them. I spend a lot of time fixing it, just for it to happen again. 3 times in the last month. Should I stop using Ebay and use another platform? What other platforms could I use besides Ebay?

Are you using the advance/business listing form in Seller Hub?

If so, you should be using the CUSTOM (LABEL SKU) option. If you do not see it, click on the SEE TITLE OPTIONS in the upper right corner, (so you can select it)

I use the custom SKU for all of my listings, and it has never disappeared.
