My shipping policy is return item buyer pay for shipping cost.but ebay request cost from seller
Dear Ebay Customer service ,
I'am already email to ebay about return item from buyer. Yes i accept return. But my shipping policy is return item are buyer pay shipping cost.But ebay request from shipping label. The buyer complain item on description colour and received item not same colour.But I sale item and post to buyer all same .Nothing different .Every body sale this product on ebay from Malaysia same product /colour /quality .How can buyer say not same .My problem is now shipping cost is very height. How can I lost a lot of shipping cost.Ebay please protect seller from scam by buyer.

We are not customer service - we are members like you.
If the buyer says it does not match the description, then the seller must pay the return shipping. Your policy only applies to buyer remorse reasons like ‘found a better price’ or ‘I don’t like it’.
Sometimes it will cost you less to just refund the buyer and not have the item returned.
If you ask eBay to step in, they will probably let the buyer keep the item and refund them from your funds. Plus they will not refund the selling fees if they have to decide, so that is never a good option.
