My shipping label & packing slip have the wrong address
A buyer just purchased my item and the seller's shipping address both on the USPS shipping label and on my packing slip are incorrect. After checking my seller profile on e-bay, my current address is up to date. How can I change that? Please respond soon because the buyer already made the order. Thank you.

Go back to your Account Settings and ADD the correct address and then Delete the incorrect one. For some strange reason eBay's Edit function on the addresses does NOT update them in their system but displays them in your settings correctly. So again, ADD the correct one and delete the incorrect on.

After looking through e-bay's help center, I finally found a link where e-bay had a bunch of address buttons. For some weird reason, they had my " Ship from " address as my old residence from 15 years ago. (probably when I created e-bay as a teenager). Thankfully, I changed and updated everything. And, the shipping label & receipt for my recent buyer also became automatically updated. Phew !!.... that was scary.
Why doesn't e-bay have phone numbers for customer service? Still, you responded to me quickly so I thank you. God bless you.
