My shipping cost as a seller are more than the buyer is paying me

The last two items I have shipped on Ebay have cost me more than I collected from the Buyer.

Is anyone else having this problem

Quite some time ago, eBay announced that they were automatically changing the default for Sellers who use Calculated shipping to pass their shipping discount on to their Buyers.

If you use Calculated shipping and would prefer to not apply your Seller shipping discount, you will need to go to your Account Settings>Shipping Preferences and opt out of that feature.
