My shipping address
I did had a issue with my shipping address. A seller told me that the address in my account was different from the shipping address given. The address in my account have been the same for years. How can I make sure that the address is correct? Thanks

Mentor9 months ago@rodzberniemd. The seller can only see the address you provided at checkout which can be different from the address in your account. For example if you wish to ship an item as a gift to a friend.
What ship to address do you see on the order details page in your purchase history?

OP9 months agoThanks it was very helpful. Everything checks out. All information is correct. A seller sent an item to an associated to a shipping warehouse from eBay, then from the wrong address I received the wrong item. The seller insisted that the address he sent the item was the correct one. EBay did work the refund but im afraid it will happen again.

Mentor9 months ago@rodzberniemd Glad that you received a refund. This could be a bad seller OR a problem in account settings with your addresses. Be sure to check ALL of the addresses here>
Other members have reported that the address correction is not "sticking" unless they do these steps>
ADD a new address and THEN delete the old one in account settings. Be sure to update ALL of the shipping addresses.
