My seller rating is suffering from 2 bad transactions
I had three transactions that were very destructive to my seller rating and 2 of the customers that caused the"defects"ended up purchasing the item in the end after I had issued refunds and relisted. In almost every case where I've had a complaint I have made the situation right with the customer and ended up either giving them or discounting the item that was delayed or whatever the case was. How can I get a human to look at my account and see this because these negative reviews or forever on here and cannot be changed and at least one case I know one of the customers was willing to go on there and change it and it was unable to.
