My Seller Rating
I recently talked to the community at Ebay when a buyer made a negative feedback on me but she wasn't even close to describing the item she bought from me. I had already given her a positive review (now I wish I hadn't. Ebay sent her my message asking for a corrected feedback from her but I never heard from her. Ebay told me they would take the negative feedback on me and my rating would not be affected. I no longer see the negative feedback but I still am showing a lower seller rating when it should be 100%. Can you please help me with this? I sure would appreciate it.

Mentor2 years ago@vihan_7653 The negative feedback is still on your account. It has moved to the 6 month column. It can not be removed now since it's more than 30 days past the date it was left. Even if you were not too late in asking eBay the feedback doesn't violate any policies so it wouldn't be removed.
The quickest way to improve your feedback score now is to buy some items that you need around the house from sellers that leave feedback.
