My seller performance is low. How do i fix it.
Due to a wild fire in our town I could not mail out some stuff on time. Also one of those buyers wanted a refund instead. All were done no problem. All where alerted and reacted very kindly. How do I fix my performance though? Especially since they have restricted my account so sales are no longer happening to raise my average. As far as I am aware no one has opened an issue with me. Please help.
