Help... how do I report a seller that told me they would ship all my items (for which I already paid) but they do not? I have been in touch with the seller several times via email and they assure me they will be shipping the remainder of my order, and it never arrives. This has happened over a few months. My original order was 9/25/2024. It appears they have delayed so that I am no longer within 30 days of the purchase date. Net/Net - I have not received all the items...
