My Seller Keeps saying they will send the remainder of my order, but does not follow through
Help... how do I report a seller that told me they would ship all my items (for which I already paid) but they do not? I have been in touch with the seller several times via email and they assure me they will be shipping the remainder of my order, and it never arrives.
This has happened over a few months. My original order was 9/25/2024. It appears they have delayed so that I am no longer within 30 days of the purchase date.
Net/Net - I have not received all the items I paid for. Can anyone help?

OP1 year agoThanks - Unfortunately this seller kept assuring me (over a period that was longer than the 30 day period) that they were sending the remainder of my items. I understand I will have to dispute with my CC company now. Is there a way to provide a negative review of this seller? Perhaps that would help the next potential buyer from this type of behavior.

Mentor1 year agoYou had up to 30 days of receipt to file a Returns Request for Items not as described to get your money back. It is too late for ebay to help you now. If you paid with Paypal, contact them for a return. If you paid with a credit card, contact the card issuer regarding a chargeback.
