My Seller is no longer a registered User. Help.
I went to check on the status of my item and the seller no longer existed. I went to cancel it thinking Ebay would help me but what happened is now it is locked up and ebay says they cannot cancel it unless the user (who no longer exists) confirms my cancellation or I have to wait until Monday to purchase but ive been dealing with this issue since Tuesday and don't understand how ebay is unable to help me here. has anyone had any issue like this before?

Look for the last estimated delivery date in your purchase history. You can file a refund request when it is one day PAST the last estimated delivery date .
You have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a refund request on eBay.

4 business days after you file the refund request ask eBay to step in and help if the seller has not refunded you and eBay will force a refund from the sellers account.

If it is more than 30 days past the last estimated delivery date then you can file a refund request on PayPal up to 180 days from the date of purchase. OR if you didn't use PayPal at checkout contact your bank or credit card to report that you didn't receive the item.
