My seller is a fraud
I bought an Item on November 26th. On January 6th, I was notified that my package was delivered. However in checking further, My town’s postmaster foynd and showed me that the tracking number was delivered in my town, but had nothing to do with me. she gave me all supporting documents, pictures, etc. I filed a claim and the resulution was closed due to evidence the seller submitted that it was delivered. The item I purchased would not have fit into the package the post office sent me an imsge of. i apealed and the apeal wss denied. How can i follow up on this. They assured me they had my back but they ate siding with the fraudulent seller
