My Seller Cancelled by WON AUCTION Purchase
I won an auction, Pink Floyd's "Dark Side of the Moon" for $23.19. Tax & Shipping built-in, I paid $29.76. The seller, batmac1970, has just cancelled my purchase without request. What can I do to report this unrequested refund?
