My Seller account is restricted???
My seller account is restricted, preventing me from receiving payouts. All of the items have been delivered, and customers have left positive feedback on all my items. One item, for whatever reason, did not have a delivery confirmation via the tracking number, but the seller has left feedback praising my service and telling me she loved the item. Why is my account restricted?

OP1 year agoCorrection....the BUYER left positive feedback for me and said she loved the item, although the tracking number stopped being reported once the item shipped out. Yet, it DID arrive and the customer loves it.
