MY SECOND CHANCE OFFER IS VISIBLE TO ALL MEMBERS
I made a second chance offer, but all members are able to see it. How do I keep it private, so only the intended recipient can see it?

It looks to me like you created new listings for 82 83 84 dollars instead of doing a 2nd chance offer. They are public, no way to hide them. Do you have more than one box? If not END the extra listings now.

Here are steps to do a Second Chance Offer (for the future)
✓ You can do a Second Chance Offer before you have relisted.
1) Find your listing here: https://www.ebay.com/mys/overview
2) Select Second Chance Offer from the drop-down list to the right, and then Continue.
3) Select the quantity of items (typically 1) you have to sell, the duration of the offer, and the bidders you want to send offers to. Then select Continue.
==>>Some buyers have opted out of promotional offers, and therefore won't show as eligible for a Second Chance offer.
- In that case, you can't send a Second Chance Offer.
- If you "relist" (not sell similar) all your watchers and prior bidders will be notified.

TIP:
- You must cancel the first sale (or complete it if you have 2 or more)
- Don't relist the item
- You will see Second Chance Offer as an option only when the backup bidder allows offers.

OP1 week agoI did do a second chance offering. It was directed to a specific bidder. I've done them many times in the past. It's only been that last couple of months this issue has occurred .
Today I cancelled the second chance offering and simply relisted. I was tired of emails from ebayers asking me why they were blocked from purchasing the cards. I also called ebay help immediately after I realized it was visible to everybody and I was told it was an error on ebay's part. They would fix it as a first priority. It was NEVER fixed. I also called the last couple of times I had this error, since June. Those errors were not fixed either.
Maybe it's only me, but ebay can't, or won't, correct the error. Thank you for your assistance. I'm glad the system runs smoothly for you.
