My screen comes up Chinese when I try to return their message
A seller won't sell to me 2 batteries for a lawnmower, His reply to me was " The seller isn't accepting offers from you." (me) We scan messages to enforce policies. Only purchases on eBay are covered by the purchase protection programs. Asking your trading partner to complete a transaction outside of eBay is not allowed." I AM TRYING TO PURCHASE THESE ON MY EBAY ACCOUNT. I try to answer but my screen comes up Chinese!

Mentor2 years agoThursday is the day ebay does its maintenance on the system, so different parts of ebay goes wonky at different times. Try accessing that area again later.
