My Sales Report Doesn't Reflect Actual The Number Of Items I Sold
Hello,
Does anyone know what to do when your sales report numbers don't accurately reflect how many items you sold? This issue dates back to Sept 2023. That month I sold 8 items however only 7 was reflected for that month.
Fast forward to today. My sales report shows that I sold 99 items, over the last year. In actuality I sold 100. Therefore I should be a "top rated" seller.
When I go to the help page they send me to articles and walkthroughs of how to read sales reports and nothing that answers my question. The chat bot is not helpful either and I can't find a phone number or email address.
I am attaching images of my 8 sales from that month, along with my inaccurate report number of 7 sales for September. Sorry the text is very small in my items sold pic, but I wanted to zoom out so I could get all the items in one screenshot.

Are any of your sales international? The dashboard is counting US sales only.
