My sale was refunded but I never initiated a refund. Now it shows that I need to ship the item.
I saw that I made a sale but the next time I checked, I saw that the sale had been refunded but the order still shows as needing to ship. I never initiated the refund. What happened? I can't contact a real ebay agent because my situation doesn't fit into any of the AI boxes. Anyone have any ideas? Has this happened to anyone else?
